Our history
TW Developments is a family run company based in the UK with offices in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Having been active on the Czech market since 1991. With reference to many successful transactions.
Our experienced team provides the comprehensive services needed to implement a project. This includes the selection of a suitable plot of land, or existing asset, design work, financing, coordination of project works, obtaining permits and construction management.
Our sister company serves as general contractor of our projects. Allowing for a value engineered control and accurate budgeting of investment from day one, this enables us to design and build cost-effective, efficient and operationally economical buildings.
Today, we focus on the development and acquisition of real estate in attractive locations of Prague. We invest our own funds into projects, and in certain cases, we link up with other investors.
